The path passes through the street, on which there are several cafes, a supermarket, and fruit and bakery shops, as well as through a well-groomed territory of large hotels, among which one (Mediteran) has a water park. Bus stops are 200 m away from the apartment, where you can take a sightseeing bus, as well as flights along the Montenegrin coast. You can walk to the Old Town of Budva along the promenade (about 45 minutes) or take a bus or taxi (10 minutes).
